Can I purchase items online, but pickup in store?
Yes, you may purchase online items and choose "store pickup" at checkout. We ask that items are picked up in a timely manner. Simply pick up your order during any open hours.
What is the return policy?
Purchases can be returned with tags and/or not opened within 14 days for a STORE CREDIT. We do not offer cash back.
If you have received a gift receipt with your item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase.
Clearance items are final sale.
How do returns work on online orders?
To return an online order, package your item carefully to avoid any damage in shipping. Please place your order number with the item. We do suggest purchasing tracking to watch your item. SB is not responsible for lost items.
Allow 2-3 business days for processing. No cash back will be given. STORE CREDIT only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What is the processing time for online orders?
Store pick-ups are usually ready the same day, if purchased before 5:00pm. Online orders usually ship within 24 hours, although we do not ship on Sundays.
A confirmation email is usually sent to the email provided in the order. This is an automatic notification and may go to your junk mail.
How can I get FREE shipping?
Very easy! Purchase $99.00 or more and standard shipping is FREE. This should apply automatically.

Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are available in two ways. Online will send the gift card digitally. Come to the store to purchase a hard copy gift card with a mini envelope.
Are there any perks for creating a registry?
Yes!! Come in and show us your registry. We do require at least 20 items on the list. Just for choosing us, you get a free gift bag of goodies and a 20% one-time coupon card.
This applies for baby or generic wish list! We have two different type of thank you bags. Your registry items will depend on the bag you receive.
